People v. G.A. 2019

Bronx County Criminal Court
Client was charged with a felony for making terroristic threats. Case negotiated down to Disorderly Conduct, a violation.


People v. T.P. 2019

Yorktown Town Court
Client was charged with three misdemeanors for drug possession, obstructing government administration and resisting arrest and a felony for tampering with evidence. Case negotiated down to Disorderly Conduct, a violation.


USA v. J.V. 2019

SDNY
Client was charged on a 19 defendant indictment charging him with a Racketeering Conspiracy, Wire Fraud, Extortion and Gun Possession pursuant to the RICO conspiracy. Client’s initial offer was a plea to the RICO with Wire Fraud and Extortion as the predicate acts and a guideline range of 46-57 months. After extensive document review and further intense negotiations, the US Attorney’s office offered a plea to the Wire Fraud charge only in furtherance of the RICO conspiracy with a recommended guideline range of 24-30 months. However, after the Court reviewed the sentencing memorandum submitted by defense counsel on behalf of the Defendant, the Court sentenced the Defendant to 18 months.


People v. L.R 2018

Westchester County Court
Client was charged with domestic violence assault and menacing by his ex-wife. After a week long trial, the jury took less than a half hour to acquit the defendant of all charges.


People v. S.K. 2017

Bronx County Criminal Court
Defendant charged with Assault 3rd Degree and Strangulation. Defendant received an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal.


People v. T.G. 2016

New York County Supreme Court
Defendant was charged with 23 counts of domestic violence, 11 of which were felonies. At the time of the arraignment after an indictment, defendant was facing 20 years to life as a persistent violent felony offender. However, after numerous motions were filed and prior to trial, all charges were dismissed.


People v. F.C. 2016

Defendant charged with multiple counts of Harassment 2nd for making physical contact with individuals that were preventing him from entering a hospital to seeing his ailing relative. After a bench trial, all charges were dismissed.


M v. M 2016 – Civil Case

Westchester County Supreme Court
Civil Battery Jury Trial representing two defendants who protected themselves in an altercation. The plaintiff was seeking hundreds of thousands of dollars for pain and suffering from the defendants. After a weeklong just trial the jury awarded only $750.00 in medical expenses to the plaintiff for a broken nose that he sustained in the course of the altercation.


People v. T.B. 2016

New York County Criminal Court
Defendant charged with 18 counts of domestic violence over a 7 month period of time. After a jury was selected and a witness testified, a motion was filed and all charged were dismissed.


People v. P.B. 2016

New York County Criminal Court
Defendant charges with multiple counts of aggravated harassment. Case dismissed after motions were filed.


People v. A.S. 2016

New York County Supreme Court
Defendant accused of date rape. After conducting an investigation and presenting exculpatory evidence to the District Attorney’s Office, they declined to prosecute the case.


People v. C.C. 2016

Los Angeles County Supreme Court
Defendant accused of forcible rape. After conducting an investigation and presenting exculpatory evidence to the police department, they declined to prosecute the case.


USA v. P.C. – 2015

USDC – SDNY
Defendant charged with possession of a gun, cocaine conspiracy and marijuana conspiracy. Defendant pled guilty of marijuana conspiracy and agreed to a guideline range of 46-57 months. After submitting a substantial and compelling sentencing memorandum, Defendant sentenced to only 18 months, which was time served.


A v S – 2015 Fraud Case

US Bankruptcy Court – SDNY
Two creditors claimed that they were victims of a Ponzi scheme and that the debtor should not be able to discharge their $2,500,000.00 of debt. After a weeklong trial the Chief Judge found in favor of our client, discharged the debt and awarded no money to the creditors.
